We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Lead – Pharma to drive sales growth, expand business with key accounts, and strengthen relationships with group pharmacies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing product registration, and executing promotional and marketing initiatives to enhance market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key accounts, including hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.
- Lead negotiations and close agreements with key clients to drive business growth.
- Ensure the registration and onboarding of products in major pharmacy chains and healthcare networks.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share within key accounts.
- Oversee the product registration process with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Collaborate with regulatory teams to expedite product approvals and ensure smooth market entry.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to enhance product visibility and sales in group pharmacies.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns, sales incentives, and merchandising plans.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to devise effective promotional initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports to track progress and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Master's is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, business development, or key account management.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive results in a competitive market.
