Job Description

We are looking for a Guest Experience intern to join the team at Pullman Dubai Downtown. Under the guidance of the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing a naturally friendly, helpful, and responsive, level of service to all our guests from arrival to departure.

You will be expected to

• Become a front desk genius, mastering the art of check-ins, check-outs, and turning guests into raving fans!
• Dive into the digital realm of hotel booking software, becoming a tech-savvy hospitality hero.
• Channel your inner selfby supporting various departments, from housekeeping to food and beverage, and beyond!
• Join forces with your fellow interns in epic team meetings, brainstorming ways to make guest experiences unforgettable.
• Embrace your role as a hospitality professional, ready to assist across all hotel functions and emerge as the ultimate Pullman's Progress Champion
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently pursuinga Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related degree program from a reputed International Hospitality School
