The HAMAAT Program is an initiative aimed at equipping university graduates with the essential skills and experience to build successful careers in Advisory, Audit, and Tax. The program provides a structured learning journey, with a 2-year hands-on experience in Advisory, and a 3-year focus on Audit and Tax services, enabling participants to develop a strong foundation and excel in their chosen fields.

Who we’re Looking For? Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Background: bachelor’s or master’s degree holders expected to graduate by September 2025.
• Preferred Majors: Accounting, Finance, Economics and Law, Computer Science, Cybersecurity/Information Security, Management Information Systems, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Risk Management, Human Resource Management, and Project Management.
• Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or 4.0 out of 5.0.
• Experience: Fresh graduates
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
• Additional Requirements: Strong intercultural awareness, successful completion of online assessments and interviews, and passing both online and in-person assessment centers.
