AHS, a leading name in luxury real estate development, is searching for a talented and creative Rendering Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual representations of our luxury properties, helping to bring architectural designs to life for prospective buyers and investors. Your artistic vision and technical skills will play a crucial role in showcasing our developments in the best possible light.
Responsibilities
- Produce photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and visualizations of luxury real estate projects
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand design intent and construction details
- Utilize 3D modeling software and rendering tools to create high-quality visuals that meet project specifications
- Assist in the development of virtual reality experiences and interactive presentations
- Ensure timely delivery of renderings while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
- Stay current with industry trends in visualization technologies and techniques
- Revise and refine renderings based on feedback from clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Prepare presentation materials for marketing and promotional activities
- Manage time effectively, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, Computer Graphics, or a related field
- Proven experience in 3D rendering or visualization, preferably within the real estate or architectural industries (3-5 years)
- Proficiency in rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, or similar applications
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction processes
- High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong artistic sensibility
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies is a plus
- A passion for luxury real estate and an understanding of market trends.
