AHS, a prestigious luxury real estate developer, is seeking a proactive and skilled PR Executive to manage our public relations efforts related to international outdoor events. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic PR campaigns that promote our luxury properties and enhance our brand visibility on a global scale. You will work closely with event organizers, media, and influencers to create memorable experiences that resonate with our affluent clientele.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies for international outdoor events that effectively showcase AHS's luxury properties
- Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, media outlets, and key industry influencers
- Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms
- Manage media outreach, press releases, and follow-up communications related to events
- Organize press events, media tours, and promotional activities to engage various stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and PR outcomes to measure success and optimize future efforts
- Craft compelling narratives and promotional materials to attract media attention and interest
- Respond to media inquiries and act as a spokesperson for the company during events
- Coordinate logistics for outdoor events, including invitations, press kits, and event materials
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities to leverage for PR initiatives

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in a PR or communications role, preferably within luxury real estate or event management (3-5 years)
- Strong network of media contacts and influencers in the luxury and real estate sectors
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in PR tools and media management software
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with event planning and execution is preferred
- Willingness to travel internationally for events and media engagements
- Ability to represent the company professionally and positively in various settings.
