Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst - Stakeholder Engagement to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the development and execution of stakeholder engagement strategies that enhance relationships with key stakeholders. Your analytical skills will be essential in assessing the effectiveness of our engagement initiatives and ensuring that we are meeting the needs of our diverse partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies that align with Qiddiya's objectives and vision.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify key stakeholders, their interests, and engagement opportunities.
- Support the preparation of engagement materials, including presentations, reports, and communication plans.
- Facilitate coordination for stakeholder meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring effective logistics and follow-up.
- Monitor stakeholder engagement activities and collect feedback to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in maintaining an up-to-date stakeholder database and tracking engagement interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned messaging and effective stakeholder communication.
- Prepare summary reports on stakeholder engagement activities and metrics for internal dissemination.

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is a plus.
