Job Summary:
Miran Training Center, a subsidiary of a Saudi company, is looking for a Sales Development Manager to work remotely. This role will be responsible for establishing and managing a CRM system, optimizing sales processes, and increasing revenue. You will also lead the sales team, implement effective sales strategies, and ensure seamless customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage a CRM system to streamline sales operations and customer data management.
- Optimize digital sales processes to increase conversion rates and customer retention.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to develop effective strategies and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute re-engagement strategies for potential clients who have not completed their purchases.
- Train and mentor the sales team on best practices for using HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Implement automation tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Development Manager.
- Proven experience in setting up and managing a CRM system.
- Strong understanding of digital sales processes, lead management, and automation tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
