- Conduct scientific research and extract high-quality content from reliable sources for educational topics.
- Organize, summarize, and write educational content clearly and accurately in both Arabic and English.
- Handle the production of courses, ensuring content aligns with learning objectives and Rasheed’s quality standards.
- Monitor learner progress post-enrollment, offering support and detailed explanations as needed on the LMS and Website.
- Track and document learner interactions using the CRM system to ensure effective follow-up and engagement.
- Manage course documentation and maintain compliance with educational standards.
- Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear educational content.
- Proficient in writing and editing in both Arabic and English at a high linguistic level.
- Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate learner records.
- Ability to provide exceptional support to learners and address any challenges they may face.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure successful course delivery.
