Job Summary:

Miran Training Center, a subsidiary of a Saudi company, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work remotely. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the center’s growth and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to meet the training needs in various fields.
  • Research and identify potential candidates through various channels and professional networks.
  • Accurately evaluate candidates through comprehensive interviews to ensure the selection of the best talents.
  • Work closely with different departments to understand their expectations and requirements for training roles.
  • Provide an effective and positive orientation experience to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the training or education field.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities.
