The Position

The HR Specialist is advising all employees across our KSA region for Jeddah and Riyadh.

The purpose of the role is to recruit, partner with and provide managers and employees with guidance and direction on individual and team cases based on standardized approaches The HR specialist role is representing the HR function and is the face of HR to employees both in our office and in the retail stores.

Based on their in-depth understanding of all HR policies, processes and frameworks, their local specialization and language skills as well as their service excellence, the HR Specialist is a key role to enable a premium associate experience and handle the recruitment in KSA.

HR Specialist provides input on how to further improve policies, processes but also maintains a close reporting the regional Head of HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a great and differentiating employee experience by handling all incoming requests with a high-degree of expert knowledge, professionalism and service mentality
  • Take care of the recruitment process in KSA, from identifying the need for the recruitment up to sourcing and sending the offer to the candidates
  • Manage the onboarding and off boarding processes with all new hires and leavers in a very effective manner.
  • Liaise with our Partner on any payroll input that needs to be communicated to them for our employees salary payments
  • Plan store visits to our boutiques to be close to the retail team and understand their needs so we can support them better.
  • Maintain all HR reporting needed to improve our data analytics and HR efficiency. Such as the recruitment tracking, turnover reports, grievances, leave management general population demographics.
  • Translate existing HR processes, policies into concrete answers for the incoming cases related to onboarding, re-boarding and offboarding/exit, performance management, leave and return from leave, compensation, rewards and benefits, conflict and disciplinary,
  • Solve requests with deep expertise on existing policies and with a service mind-set to the satisfaction of the requesting parties, keeping the touch-points of interaction to the necessary minimum to allow for process efficiency

The Ideal Candidate

  • HR generalist with at least 4-6 years of experience within HR operations, services
  • Deep understanding of HR processes and local regulations
  • Strong service mind-set
  • Demonstrates high levels of personal accountability
  • Strong communication skills – both verbally and written
  • Very good language skills in English and local language
  • Expertise in (local) labour law and regulations
  • Shares information actively and deals with conflict constructively
  • Strong judgement, critical thinking and questioning skills
  • Resilience
  • Team player
  • Success Factor Experience is a plus.
