Job Description
- Take reservations and welcome guests to the assigned outlet.
- Be familiar with the buffet restaurant operations and regulations.
- Participates the daily briefings and cascading the information of any special booking, VIP guest, promotions, theme dinners.
- Participates in checking the daily mise en place according to the whole day service requirements.
- Be familiar with the menus and ongoing promotions in the outlet and provides recommendations to the guests.
- Carry out other related assignments or tasks entrusted by the Manager from time to time.
- Be familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for the department.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills on Russian Language PRIORITY.
- Good communication skills on English Language.
- Service focused personality is essential.
- Flexibility on doing extra hours, break shifts and other assigned addtional tasks.
