As a Business Development Manager in Nawy Share, you will formulate and implement a comprehensive B2B2C sales strategy to establish partnerships with companies for the exclusive distribution of our real estate investment platform as an employee benefit.

  • Identify potential partner companies and conduct thorough market research to assess their suitability for collaboration.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within partner companies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our platform into the employee benefits offerings of partner companies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by successfully onboarding partner companies and ensuring a high conversion rate of employee sign-ups.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data to optimize the sales strategy and improve overall effectiveness.

  • 7- 10 years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the professional/financial services or real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.
