T24 Tech Lead

Experience

· Proven experience in T24 core banking system, particularly in the financial cashflow, treasury, risk modules for at least 8-10 years.

· Analyse and understand data structures within the T24 modules

· Experience in T24 template programming, T24 customization (VERSION, ENQUIRY, online services)

· Deep knowledge of TAFJ/jBASE

· Deep understanding of the following T24 modules: System Core tables, Funds Transfer, Money Market, LD, AA (Loans, Deposits & Accounts), Securities, Letter of Credit, Guarantee, Chart of Accounts(GL)

· Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to ensure data mapping aligns with business requirements.

· Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other IT team members to understand data requirements and business needs.

· Develop and maintain ETL scripts and processes to facilitate data extraction, transformation, and loading

· Should be able to prepare the technical specification document based on the design document covering the end-to-end flow with good quality.

Technical Skills

· Familiarity with financial data models (e.g., Temenos T24).

· Experience in data mapping for complex data of T24.

· Design, develop, and maintain efficient data pipelines

· Experience in creating functional and technical designs for data engineering and analytics solutions.

· Collaborate with business analysts and data scientists to understand business needs and deliver data-driven insights.

· Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and analytics.

Functional Skills

· Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices

· Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization.

· Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies.

Soft Skills

· Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness, by sharing deep knowledge and experience.

· Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization.
