  • Recognize emerging markets and shifts in the competitive landscape while staying informed about product developments.
  • Guide, train, and evaluate the team to successfully reach sales targets.
  • Utilize Nawy dashboards and internal systems to analyze and monitor team performance.
  • Design and implement effective resale strategies to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
  • Encourage a collaborative and high-achieving sales environment within the team.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on resale.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
