haus & haus are looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to join our team. The customer experience consultant will be responsible for providing continual feedback, supporting clients by providing helpful information, and answering questions.


Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:


  • Creating relationships with the head of department, providing feedback, receiving feedback and understanding priorities
  • Creating relationships with our sales brokers and understanding how your leads have contributed, and pick up any tips to help with your own outbound calls
  • Keep accurate records and document customer interaction and outcomes into our CRM platform, Reapit.
  • Carry out client satisfaction surveys and reviews over the phone, email and online chat.
  • Handling client’s inquiries through our CRM channels.
  • Calling the haus & haus Group clientele to gain feedback on their experience with the company and service provided.
  • Calling the Breathe home maintenance clientele to gain feedback on their experience with the service provided.
  • Handling inquiries and responding to inbound WhatsApp messages.
  • Submitting feedback reports to Customer experience manager.
  • Interact with clients via phone, email, online chat, and in person.
  • Submitting feedback reports to customer experience manager.
  • Brainstorming with the customer experience team for improvements.


Qualification:


  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
  • Demonstrate active listening skills and exhibit confidence when communicating with clients.
  • Responding promptly to client’s inquiries.
  • Communicating with clients through various channels.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer experience process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
