Job Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to work remotely for a Saudi company. The ideal candidate will be skilled in technical support and virtual classroom management and will be responsible for managing trainees during online training sessions, coordinating and operating virtual training rooms (e.g., Zoom), and ensuring the smooth execution of training sessions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to trainers and trainees during online training sessions.
  • Manage and operate virtual classrooms such as Zoom, ensuring they are fully prepared.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues such as audio/video problems, login difficulties, and connectivity issues.
  • Ensure the smooth flow of training sessions through continuous technical monitoring.
  • Communicate effectively with trainers and trainees to resolve any technical issues affecting the learning experience.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on common technical issues and proposed solutions to management.



Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide clear and professional support.
