The Technical Proposal Developer is a key contributor to Swiss Hospitality Company’s success in delivering high-quality management consulting, advisory, project management, and training solutions. This role involves analyzing RFPs, developing tailored technical proposals, and presenting innovative solutions that align with the company’s core services and client needs. The Technical Proposal Developer works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to craft compelling and compliant technical proposals that position the company as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proposal Development:
    • Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents to identify technical requirements related to consulting, advisory, project management, and training.
    • Develop comprehensive technical proposals that highlight Swiss Hospitality Company’s expertise and solutions.
    • Ensure proposals align with project goals, client requirements, and company capabilities.
  2. Solution Design:
    • Craft tailored technical solutions for consulting, project management, and training projects.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and feasibility of proposed methodologies.
    • Design workflows, methodologies, and implementation plans specific to the scope of work.
  3. Compliance and Standards:
    • Ensure all technical proposals comply with industry best practices, client expectations, and regulatory guidelines.
    • Maintain updated knowledge of relevant methodologies, technologies, and market trends.
  4. Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Partner with the commercial proposal team to align technical solutions with pricing strategies.
    • Work closely with internal departments such as consulting, training, and project management teams to gather inputs.
    • Engage with external stakeholders, including consultants and strategic partners, to enhance proposal quality.
  5. Documentation and Presentation:
    • Create detailed technical narratives, diagrams, and project timelines tailored to consulting and training needs.
    • Prepare presentations and participate in proposal defense meetings with clients.
    • Maintain an organized repository of technical documentation and templates.
  6. Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to improve the technical proposal process.
    • Develop and maintain proposal templates, best practices, and tools for efficiency.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field relevant to consulting and project management.
  • Proven experience in technical proposal development within the management consulting, advisory, or training sectors.
  • Strong understanding of RFP and tender processes, particularly for government and private entities in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools for creating technical documents and presentations.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and present it clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Etimad and SAP Ariba is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies is preferred.
