DEPARTMENT: RESERVATION

JOB TITLE: RESERVATION Specialist

LOCATION: Hurghada

We are looking for a Reservation specialist to join our Reservation team, based in Egypt. We are looking for a proactive and experienced professional to support the growth of our company in hotel trading and destination management.

Main responsibilities:

• Guarantee the best booking management policy, profitability, accuracy, performance, provide & Handling Customer requests
• Following up stop sales, booking window, rate increase and renegotiate new prices.
• Following up with all departments (operation - Contracting - Traffic)
• Following up on Handling Hotel requests (Payment - missing Vouchers - actual arrival - amendment - early departure.)
  
  
  

Requirements:

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year working in a Reservation in travel agencies & Good Relations with the Hotel reservation department.
• Good knowledge of reservation systems and booking processes
• Degree in Tourism or Business Administration.
• Good English (speaking & writing), and other languages will be a plus.
