Job Description: Perform all design work for reports, deliverables, and presentations related to company projects based on workload and the department's demands following the company’s quality standards. Present innovative and professional design ideas. Archive copies and protect the company’s rights in designed works. Anticipate and study client insights and ideas in designs and work to incorporate them effectively. Prepare and develop the design policy manual for the company in alignment with its vision and mission. Suggest improvements that meet the evolving needs of the products being designed. Implement necessary design adjustments in collaboration with stakeholders and project managers. Create and define suitable templates for the company’s deliverables and establish policies for their use by teams in various company departments. Provide applications for the company’s identity (fonts, colors, templates) for use in projects on a regular basis. Maintain various databases and options for executing company designs to meet the required objectives and quality standards. Supervise coordination with individuals and collaborating entities to complete design and technical output tasks for projects, as required by the workload, in coordination with the direct manager and the project’s creative director. Ensure timely completion of tasks as per deadlines.
