CBS is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for our Cyber Security division. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts to promote cyber security solutions to our clients, driving revenue growth while strengthening client relationships. As a Sales Manager, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies, lead a team of sales professionals, and foster a culture of high performance and collaboration. You will leverage your deep understanding of the cyber security landscape to identify market trends, configure solutions to meet client needs, and create compelling value propositions. This position requires a strong blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen, as you will be communicating complex solutions to various stakeholders, including C-level executives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals in the cyber security market.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic sales team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that promote our cyber security solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to the leadership team.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent CBS and network with potential clients.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in cyber security or a related technology field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security products and services, as well as current industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
