At Chefaa, we invest in our most valuable asset—our people. We are seeking a Talent Management Lead to drive our talent management initiatives and cultivate a high-performing workforce.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

    • Lead company-wide hiring, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
    • Develop hiring strategies and leverage head-hunting tools for proactive sourcing.
    • Strengthen employer branding and sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle in-house

Talent Management 

- Performance Management System:

    • Design and implement a structured performance management framework across Chefaa.
    • Work closely with the People Partner to ensure successful implementation within different teams.
    • Align KPIs and performance metrics with business goals.
    • Support a culture of continuous feedback and performance growth.

- Learning & Development (L&D):

    • Develop L&D initiatives once the performance management framework is established.
    • Identify skill gaps and create career development pathways.

- Talent Programs:

    • Build and launch high-potential programs, leadership development, and succession planning.

- Culture & Employee Engagement:

    • Collaborate with the People Partner on pulse surveys, employee feedback programs, and engagement strategies.
    • Ensure talent strategies contribute to a positive and high-performance work culture.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience in startups, healthcare, or tech is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in hiring strategies, headhunting, and employer branding.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing performance management systems.
  • Exposure to Learning & Development programs is a plus.
  • Experience with HR analytics and workforce planning is a Plus.
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments to meet organizational goals.
