Job Description:
Main Objectives
:The main objective of the IT Senior Manager/CIO is to providing support in the various information technology areas, including and not limited to; building the IT-strategy, implementation of IT solutions to achieve harmonized business processes in line with business strategies. IT Senior Manager must ensure adherence to all relevant legal and statutory requirements, plan and monitor the IT budget, contribute in the planning of the digital transformation of the company and the business
.This in addition to customer relationship management though gathering, analyzing and prioritizing the business requirements and steering the department towards a balanced performance and delivery
.Must be able to analyses current business processes to support and provide business consultancy with enhanced business solutions increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the process workflows
.Manage available resources, provide utilization methodology, and enhance department deliverables. Provide coaching and guidance to team members and ensure their ability to achieve the challenging goals and pride grounds for growth on the technical and personal levels. Qualifi
